sorry love, we don't do exchanges/returns. all sales are final and can't be cancelled once submitted. if you receive the wrong product or a defective product, shoot us a message and we'll get you sorted out. just make sure to send us a pic within *48 HOURS OF DELIVERY* and let us know what's wrong!

we are not responsible for losses/damages in the mail by the carrier or any shipping services. products are inspected before they are sent. we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates, but most items arrive in 2-2.5 weeks from the date the order is placed.
